Double topped with a fried egg, bacon, shoestring fries, cheddar & Sammy’s spicy chipotle ketchup. The simple menu name catches you off-guard, lol. They definitely need to rename this burger. So, what would YOU call it?

Loma Saltado

Lomo saltado is a Peruvian dish that has Asian influences consisting of strips of sirloin marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and spices. The meat is is stir fried with red onions, parsley and tomatoes. Traditionally, the stir fry is serverd over white rice with homemade french fries.
