…Mantis Shrimp! The best part of eating cooked crustaceans would be hands-down, the “orange part” or eggs. The Roe (eggs) is also called “coral” in shellfish. Coral is very delicious warmed or made into cakes or soups.
Come to Hong Kong, you got to remember to scarf down a few of these freshly grilled or fried mantis shrimps! #Sexy

The Japanese amberjack AKA yellowtail, is a fish in the family Carangidae. It is native to the northwest Pacific, from Japan to Hawaii.Yellowtail is also known as hamachi or buri. They are also eaten cooked and are a seasonal favorite in the colder months when the meat has higher fat content.
YUM!!! Four pieces on chilled ice and I’m good!
